ProFusoin Products, ProFusion Websites, and ProFusion Hosting do not allow or condone unsolicited email on our network. Our policy strictly prohibits sending any unsolicited or bulk email which does not conform to the standards of the Federal CAN-Spam act of 2003. We will fully investigate any Spam complaints received from legitimate sources and hold accountable those who violate our policy. Upon receiving a Spam complaint, we will take all necessary actions to ensure that the issue is resolved, up to and including termination of all hosting services for the offending party.
