What is probating a will as a muniment of title?

As long as there are no unpaid debts, then a will can be admitted to probate as a muniment of title. No personal representative of the estate needs to be appointed. Anyone given property will be treated as if the record of title was vested in his name. Tex. Probate Code § 89C.
