a. Pro-Star Martial Arts will be a White to Black Belt based curriculum founded by John Graden and designed by him along with co-owner Joe Brignoli. b. The real value of Pro-Star will be in the class-by-class lesson plans that will available via a members only web site. Each section of every class will be taught and demonstrated by Mr. Graden, Mr. Brignoli and their staff on streaming video. c. Pro-Star is a complete curriculum of stand-up, takedown and grappling skills. It can be implemented as a stand-alone currciulum or easily integrated into your current offerings, giving traditional schools cutting edge MMA skills to augment their classes.
