What is Prequalification and What are its Benefits?
The purpose of prequalification is to have financially responsible construction vendors with proven capabilities and very good safety records that MWH can utilize for procurements and proposals in response to commercial, municipal and federal projects. This prequalification streamlines the procurement process, as the vendor is only required to provide and update their information yearly, rather than on a project by project basis. This reduces paperwork for both the vendor and MWH, and provides a single point of entry into MWH’s subcontracting opportunities for vendors. There are four pages of questions and you may have to stop and come back later with some answers. Simply save your answers and login later. Once you have completed all the information required, click the button to “submit for prequalification.” We will begin reviewing your information and provide feedback within 14 days.
