What is premature graying of hair?
Hair is like a tube made up of keratin. The hollow space contains melanin. This melanin gives natural black color to hair. As age advances, melanin production gets reduced and hair start developing gray streaks which spread over larger areas slowly. This is a natural process and takes place around the age of 50 years. If this starts early, it is called premature graying.
