A preliminary compliance verification ensures that your business has been and is currently in compliance with applicable environmental regulations (Air Quality Regulations, Fire Code, Health Code and Wastewater/Storm Water Discharge Requirements). This step is only applicable to business sectors that are required to hold compliance permits for certain equipment or their operations. For instance, hotels, restaurants, dental practices, large commercial buildings, dry cleaners, printers and auto repair shops need permits to store hazardous materials.
