The prefix keys are to be typed before every insert text keyword. You can create a keyword of type Insert Text in Launch-n-Go and assign a keyword email to it and save the actual text of the email in Launch-n-Go. Every time you type a word #email in the email window, it will be replaced by the actual email text. The prefix (#) for the keywords can be changed from Tools->Options.
