Carole K., Morristown, NJ Sorry Carole, but I know you can’t find it at Williams Sonoma. This is a professional baker’s ingredient and I know of only one place (other than professional baker’s suppliers) which carries it and sells it retail: Maison Glass 111 East 58th Street (between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenues). Call first to see if it is in stock or if they will mail order it to you: (212) 755 3316. Beware though, this stuff is deliciously addictive. When I buy some for that cake – I end up using small spoonfuls with plain chocolate, or spreading some on plain cookies.
