Microsoft PowerPoint offers the facility to create, design, organise and give presentations using not only text, but also graphics. PowerPoint can be used for handouts, automated presentations and OHP transparencies as well as creating speaker notes. A presentation consists of a number of slides. Slides may be displayed individually on screen or displayed as a slide show. Back to contents Start PowerPoint Click on the Start button and Central Applications, Office Applications, PowerPoint. Alternatively, click on the My Computer icon on the desktop. Browse through the options available and select PowerPoint.
