What is power voting, and what is being done to protect against it?
Power voting occurs when individuals unfairly influence the outcome of the voting system by generating significant blocks of votes using technical enhancements. The independent third party vote management company, Telescope Inc, and the producers will utilize monitoring procedures to prevent this type of occurrence on Your Mama Don’t Dance. If the producer and/or Lifetime TV believe that votes were made by power-voting, they reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove these votes from the final tally.
