What is Pottery Barns gift registry return policy?
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange one of your gifts, you can bring it to any Pottery Barn store. Our Associates will be happy to help you choose an alternate gift or issue you a merchandise credit. If your gift is a catalog/internet only item, a merchandise credit will be mailed to you shortly after your visit. You may also return your packages by mail, simply refer to the instructions on the packaging slip or call 888.779.5176. Gift Registry items may be returned within 90 days of the event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever is later. Refund checks are unavailable to the registrant for gifts received. Please remember to save your gift receipts and packing slips, as these will ensure that you receive the correct price for your merchandise. Please note that we cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final sale or special order items.
