What is Potentiate?
Potentiate is an organizational analysis, strategic marketing and management consulting company that coaches smaller service-based businesses and their owners who need both depth and breadth in marketing and leadership advice. Unlike big consulting firms with their complex models, high rates and fancy terminology, or phone-based life coaches who focus on personal issues only, I partner with clients in person and rely on their knowledge of their own business/industry to create simple, realistic and actionable strategies and goals, so they get answers they believe in and can implement themselves. Unlike “brand strategists”, I place my focus on the core values, core competences and passions of the organization and its founders to define competitive advantage, rather than relying on the latest trend. Think of it as marketing from the inside out. For me, marketing identity is not founded in what’s outside the organization, but what’s inside the hearts and minds of the people who ARE the org
