PMV is addressing container truck related issues through the Truck Licensing System (TLS). The TLS requires that any container truck wishing to access port property must have a valid truck license. The TLS will allow PMV to develop a safer, cleaner, more sustainable container truck fleet to service the Port’s container facilities.
