What is poking?
Poking is a feature we’ve added that allows Meet Me users to let their matches know they are still interested, while not requiring a personal message. Poking someone also renews a double-match for 60 more days. To opt-out of poking-related e-mails, goto Dashboard>>Account Settings>>Email Preferences and uncheck the box under “Email notification preferences” that says “Mail me when someone pokes me”, then click save.
