What is Point-of-Convenience (POC)?
Point-of-Convenience (POC) is when business offers its customers to pay their payments and dues from many points of convenience. Examples of Point-Of-Convenience are the point-of-sale “Walk-In”, the business website, by phone, fax, email, via a bill remittance such as invoice and/or inserts sent by the mail and overnight/day drop box.
