What is PMbPs tenant screening process?
Applications are processed in the order in which they are received. The method of processing is as follows: • Application is numbered upon receipt to mark its sequential order. • All important information on the application is verified. This includes: employment/income verification, prior landlord reference, credit check, criminal background check and sex offender search. • A decision is made based on the information found above as to whether or not the tenant financially qualifies and would be a responsible resident. • Upon approval, tenant has 72 hours to come in and sign the lease and pay the security deposit. The first tenant that qualifies will be offered the unit.
