What is PM USA’s position on the sale of its cigarettes over the Internet?
Most, if not all, Internet cigarette sellers are evading the laws of the federal and state governments with respect to excise taxes, illegal imports and age verification. PM USA has an Internet policy requiring that the sale of PM USA brands via the Internet be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws, including excise tax payment and reliable age verification (at the point of ordering and the point of delivery).
