What is planned for the Kiwanda Lodge and Spa?

The Kiwanda Lodge is planned to be 23 oceanfront boutique hotel rooms, all with fireplaces, spa tubs and balconies. Also planned are a small day spa and exercise area on the lower level of the lobby building, and possibly a small fine-dining restaurant on the upper level of the building. The construction of the Lodge is not guaranteed, but is planned to be completed within the next couple of years.
