For the twelve months ended December 31, 2008 the payout ratio was 92%. In future years we will target 95-98%. Our Fund has accumulated a cash reserve to cover seasonality and any unforeseen administrative costs. The percentage of earnings not distributed is added to the accumulated cash reserve.
