Pier Pickup is basically the cruise line industry’s version of an E-ticket. When you book travel departing within 45 days, your tickets will be issued as pier pickup to avoid any possible delays or problems that may occur while in transit. This ensures that you will have no problems checking in at the pier on the day of the sailing. You will simply bring a printout of your email confirmation along with proper government-issued photo ID for all passengers to the pier and the ticket packet will be waiting there for you. You may check-in at the pier on the day of the sailing no later than 3 hours prior to the departure time.
