Egg Mayo Sandwich Egg Mayo Ingredients : Good quality mayonnaise Lemon juice (freshly sequeezed) a pinch of salt & paper boiled eggs green apples or onions peel & chopped finely (if any) 1) Mix the mayo with fresh lemon juice, pepper and salt in a bowl 2) Crushed the eggs with a spoon into the mayo dressing then add apples in to the mixture to add sweetness. 3) Spread the mixture on 1 piece of bread and sandwich together with a 2nd piece of bread. Other similar easy to do Sandwiches : 1. Cheesy Egg Mayo Sandwich = Egg mayo + a piece of Cheese Slice 2.
