We will gladly accept return in brand new condition. All shoes purchased from PickYourShoes.Com can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc..) The return must be requested 14 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to PickYourShoes.Com must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.
