PhillyCarShare is a nonprofit car sharing company founded by five Philadelphians, four of whom are Penn alums. PhillyCarShare recently partnered with the University of Pennsylvania to offer car sharing at discounted rates to all Penn faculty, staff and students who need to use a vehicle for official Penn business.
