What is Pharmacy Directs returns policy?
In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind about a product, you can return your product to us within 90 days. However, a return due to change of mind cannot be made in relation to general medicines, prescriptions, vitamins and nutritional supplements. Proof of purchase is required in relation to all returns. If your return is due to our error we will pay the postage, otherwise you much pay the postage. Change of mind and other returns for credit must be received by us in the original condition. We strongly urge using the box we send your order in for any returns as using padded bags or envelopes often results in damaged goods, which cannot be refunded. Exceptions: There are some companies that prefer to deal with returns themselves. Therefore, please call our Customer Service Department before returning any items.
