pH is something that measures how much acid or base is in a particular item. Water with a pH under 7 is acidic. A pH over 7 is alkaline. A pH of 7 means that it is neutral. In the case of water, much of the water that we drink is too acidic to be healthy for our bodies. Drinking Ionized Alkaline water with a high pH is more easily absorbed by our bodies and eventually flushes out the harmful acid that we have inside us from the unhealthy water and food that we have consumed. Acid water is also stored in the water system and can be used for beauty purposes and also has been proven to be very safe and effective as a cleaning agent around the house and elsewhere.
