pH stands for potential of hydrogen. Every 1/10th increase in pH brings about a 10 times increase in oxygen. While most products attempt to balance to the pH of skin (5.2 to 5.6) TVI products which are highly oxygenated and near-perfectly charged have a pH of between 7 to 8.5, or doing the math, are hundreds to thousands of times more oxygenated than others.
