What is PG&E doing to help keep costs down?
PG&E is working on a number of fronts to keep prices as low as possible for its customers. A team of PG&E gas buying experts “shop” each month for the natural gas used by its residential and small business customers. PG&E also utilizes its three underground storage facilities. Filling them during the summer when usage and prices are traditionally lower and withdrawing gas from them during the winter to help meet supply needs and stabilize prices. PG&E continues to expand existing infrastructure in order to meet demand.
