PFF is a Donor Advised Fund under the National Heritage Foundation (NHF). NHF administers all the paperwork for us. They also provide bookeeping services, federal, state and local report filing and address audits that may be requested by the IRS. All donations to the Payne Family Foundation are processed by NHF. The donation becomes the exclusive property of NHF which, in turn, allocates the funds to the specific project per the request of the Payne Family Foundation. For this reason we share the same tax id number with NHF.
