What is pet odour control?
Pet accidents on carpets usually require more than a topical treatment in order to completely remove the source of odour. Our technicians are equipped with a black light and special glasses so that they can identify the source of pet odours. Once the spots are identified, our WaterClaw extraction technology allows us to penetrate beneath the carpet to the underlay and sub-floor in order to eliminate the odour and bacteria. Specialty clean rates will apply for this service.
