What is Personal Development Planning (PDP)?
PDP is defined as ‘a structured and supported process undertaken by an individual to reflect upon their own learning, performance and/or achievement and to plan for their personal, educational and career development’. www.heacademy.ac.uk/ourwork/learning/pdp PDP is a process of reflecting and recording your experiences to help you to make the most of your time at Cambridge.
