What is permitted on the walking paths (bikes, motorized vehicles, feet?)
Per the restrictions, the only things NOT allowed on common property (which paths ARE) mini-bikes, ATVs and trail bikes. In saying that, we would really appreciate NO motorized vehicles on the paths (including any type of motorcycle/bike). The paths have to be maintained and tires do more damage to the surface than feet. Also, urge your children not to play and congregate on the paths as residents have complained of this.
