It’s as default: C:\perl\bin\perl.exe , but perl path is not necessary on Windows servers as stated by ActiveState and Microsoft since it is already included in IIS script mapping, For some applications, modified code may require to make a Linux package work on windows, This depends on whether you are going to write your own script or use an existing application, If you are going to use a perl application, most of them will have clear description on how to install it on Windows.
