What is performance-based training?
For training to be performance-based it typically includes the following features: • Performance objectives are derived from analysis of prerequisite skills and job tasks performed • Course content is derived from performance objectives. • Hands-on practice is Maximize (if not mandatory) • Skill tests are used to measure competency • Practice and skill tests may be repeated until mastery is achieved jTask consultants are performance based training experts, certified by ISPI.
