Step 4: Adjust – Use information from the data analysis to decide what improvements or changes need to be made What is a Plus/Delta/Rx? The Plus/Delta/Rx is a tool that we use in the classroom, after meetings, on surveys and at other times to examine our processes for strenghts (+) and opportunities for improvement (Δ).
