What is payday and how does it work?
Pick one day each week to be Payday? That is the day that your children have completed all their chores for the week. You should have checked all the chores to make sure they are completed to your satisfaction. You pay the children their ages so, a 5 year old gets $5.00 a week. You need to pay them in increments of bills and change so that they can count it out into the appropriate four jars in the correct percentages. I like Fridays as payday because, for a child, its the end of the school week.
