Partners In Community Supports (PICS) is a collaboration of six long-established and well-respected non-profit agencies with proven track records of successfully serving Minnesotans with developmental disabilities. Member agencies provide residential, vocational, crisis, respite, life planning, and other related services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. PICS is a non-profit organization that works to create more responsive and innovative services for individuals and families. We work to identify unmet needs, develop new services and programs, improve service delivery, reduce duplication of services, and increase the quality of services.
