This ingredient is a component of the non-dairy creamer that is used in our products. The product contains less than 1/10th of 1% of PHCO. It has been independently tested to contain ZERO trans fatty acids. PHCO is considered the “premium” oil to be used in food applications. Other oils that will dissolve in both a hot and cold application contain trans fatty acids and are considered a lower quality ingredient.
