What is Parkwood Place?
Parkwood Place is an exclusive enclave of eight new custom built homes with amenities rarely, if ever, found in the Historic District. Five of the homes are completely new construction and three will be totally transformed historic residences. While legally designated as a condominium project, this project looks and functions like single family homes. The principal exception will be the assurance that all exterior maintenance can be administered in a superlative manner through the Homeowners Association.
