What is paperless billing?
When you sign up for paperless billing, you can receive a text message on your Cricket® phone that notifies you of the amount of your bill and the due date for payment. If you do not want to receive this text message bill notification, you can still sign-up for paperless billing, but you will not receive a reminder of the amount of your bill or its due date. You can obtain your amount due and the payment due date by calling 1-800-CRICKET and you can view an up-to-date billing statement on this web site. When you sign up for paperless billing, you will not receive a paper bill in the mail. Your payment must still be received on or before the due date to avoid interruption to your service and the possible imposition of fees. If you elect to continue receiving a paper bill in the mail, you will be charged a monthly fee of 55¢.
