What is Pagan Clergy Training?
The Pagan Clergy Program is a program that I designed through the Sacred Flame Temple. This is a generic Pagan program that teaches how to be clergy. It is not path specific but instead focus’s on the duties that a Priest/ess might be expected to perform. There is an application process that must be completed before joining the program. Once the program is completed, the student becomes ordained by Sacred Flame Temple and can then become licensed by the State of Ohio to solemnize marriages. Normal 0 Curriculum Semester 1 Who is Pagan Clergy? – what it takes to be Pagan Clergy, responsibilities of Pagan Clergy, expectations of pagan clergy. Pagan/Clergy Ethics – We will cover Isaac Bonewits ‘Cult Evaluation Frame’ and place emphasis on personal freedom, personal responsibility and responsibility to the community and those we work with.
