What is Packet 4 ?
Packet 4 is a term that is used to refer to a group of documents sent to a candidate by the consulate to schedule an immigrant visa appointment. This package no longer exists but has been replaced by the Appointment Package for Immigrant Visa Applicants. This appointment package instructs the applicant and any previously identified family members on the time and date of their visa appointments and on completing the required medical examinations.
