What is overt discrimination?
There are different forms of discrimination: race, sexual preferences, physical disabilities, etc. Overt discrimination means that all these people pay the same taxes have to follow the same laws but are denied certain opportunities allowed to majority of individuals based solely on social prejudices as I’ve mentioned.
