Outpatient care is basically seeing a Psychiatrist and a Therapist outside of being in the hospital. Some are located in clinics some are located in their own offices. I see a Pdoc and a T at a Outpatient facility that is run by the hospital where I was hospitalized. The Pdoc sees me for about 15 min and helps me with my meds and the Therapist listens about my boring life.
