What Is Our Purpose as a Mental Health Treatment Facility?
It is our philosophy at Avera St. Luke’s, and as members of Avera Health, that everyone is entitled to the best care possible. Today, hospitalization is sometimes preferred or necessary for treatment of various psychiatric conditions. Our intent is to provide you with a high degree of independence by encouraging expression of feelings and by giving you full protection of your patient rights. To achieve this, it is important that the entire treatment program and goals are understood by you, as well as by the staff.
