What is OTRS?
OTRSOTRS (Open Ticket Request System) is a help desk system (“service desk”, in ITIL terminology). It supports the intuitive logging of incidents & service requests by customers or your service staff, their processing within your service organization and cross-process communication with your customers, service staff, service management and external service providers. The use of a help desk system aims at improving the service quality, shorter response times and lower service costs due to a more efficient IT support of your service organization.
