I’m going to keep asking this question over and over again until I get an answer from Oscar, Jr. himself. And just in case someone wants to tell me to go to his website I did and here is what it says about him: Oscar S. James, II is a native of Newark and the South Ward. As a lifelong Newark resident, its no wonder that he has a heart found interest in the future of the city. Oscar attended elementary school at Harriet Tubman Elementary and then, under scholarship, attended The Peck School and Delbarton School, both in Morristown, New Jersey. Oscar attended and graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science. Oscar is accustomed to the political process. He began working on city campaigns at a very young age as a volunteer, canvassing and working poll sites.
