OSAP (the Ontario Student Assistance Program) provides loans to students to help them meet the costs of post-secondary education. This program covers both the Canada Student Loan, which covers 60% of the funding, and the Ontario Student Loan, which covers 40%. When you apply for OSAP you are automatically considered for both loans if you meet the Ontario residency requirements.
