What is Organic Valley Reduced Fat Chocolate Milk?
When you combine organic milk produced by cows on sun soaked pastures with the most beloved flavoring in the world, you have the definition of our Reduced Fat Chocolate Milk. The cocoa we use is alkalized and sourced from independent farming cooperatives. Although it is not certified as fair trade, we are careful to buy from farmer-owned sources whenever possible. We sweeten it with organic cane sugar which deepens the chocolate profile. Because it’s a reduced fat milk, we’ve fortified it with Vitamins A and D. It’s available in our half gallon and quart sizes, but we also package it as an 8 ounce single serve which is guaranteed to make you the world’s greatest parent as far as your kids are concerned, but don’t think this is just for kids!
