What is Orecks return policy?
At Oreck.com it’s very easy and convenient to return merchandise. There’s no cost to the customer; Oreck picks up the tab for return shipping. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Oreck product, simply return it within 30 days for a credit or refund. To return products: 1) Repackage products in Oreck box (include the “Return Instructions” sheet in the box). 2) Peel back the yellow tab on the shipping label to expose the prepaid UPS return label. 3) Leave box with product for return at any UPS pick up location or drop off station.Please allow 4 weeks from receipt of merchandise for credit to be issued.
