By-Laws] A: Orange County CoDA Incorporated (OC CoDA) is a non-profit organization comprised of CoDA members in the Orange County, California area. Our primary purpose is to be a conduit of information between each CoDA meeting group in Orange County area and Southern California Regional CoDA (SoCal). The organization is regulated by the CoDA 12 Traditions, the CoDA Service Handbook, its own bylaws, Robert’s Rules of Parlimentary Procedures, and California State law. We do not govern CoDA meetings; we are trusted servents and volunteers. Voting members of OC CoDA must be Board Members or meeting Group Service Representatives (GSR). There is one exception to this – during an Election Meeting any member of CoDA may vote in the elections. Election Meetings are held every June. • What does OC CoDA Intergoup do?
